Prompt Service

It’s not uncommon to run into backorders or low supplies in the construction industry but we never use that as an excuse. We promise to get your job while giving it all of our attention.

My roof leaks. Does it need a complete replacement?

Not necessarily. It’s possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occurred in one place only. We’ll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

I want solar, does this affect my roofing project?

The best time to add solar to a home is when you replace your roof. Our associates are very knowledgeable of solar programs, how they can benefit our customers, and how we can work along side them with your installation.

When is the best time to get my roof replaced or repaired?

Immediately, to prevent any further damage and keep costs down. With the price of materials on the rise, this has a direct impact on increasing your roofing replacement costs as time goes on.

It is important to consider that

here in the desert we only get rain a couple of times a year. This means that roofing contractors get overwhelmed with work during storms. To receive the best service and in a timely manner it is best to address known roofing issues as soon as possible.

Are your services covered by my home insurance?

In most cases if you have storm damage to a shingle roof insurance will cover the damage. It should be inspected by a licensed roofing contractor immediately.

Tile roofs are rarely approved by insurance companies for replacement

How long can I expect my roof system to last?

For Shingle roofs: Damage is more visible to the eye. Shingle roofs are more variable in their lifespan depending on weather and general wear and tear. Current warranties can now last up to 50 years for most materials.

For Tile roofs: If your tile roof is more than 20 years old there is a good chance it is ready to be replaced, and you should have it inspected by a licensed roofing contractor.

Do you offer a financing option?

We do! Please ask for further information if you have any questions or concerns about this.

We Care About Our Work!

We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all jobs done!

Because we care, we offer an extra warranty on top of any factory warranty that your supplies includes!
